DSL Winnipeg

The new DSL Winnipeg office opened its doors December 1st, 2013. The new location is at Unit 2, 1090 McDermot Ave, just north of Notre Dame Ave on McPhillips St. The office has more space and is far easier to access than the old location, and will in the future feature a beautiful new test kitchen. 

Our presence in Manitoba dates back to the 1920’s when our company was originally known as Alberta Dairy Supplies. In the 1930’s, as we expanded into British Columbia to cover all of western Canada, we changed our name to Dairy Supplies Limited. In the 1980’s we abbreviated our name to DSL to better reflect our presence in the convenience store and quick service restaurant industries. 

Over the years, as our business prospered, we outgrew a number of locations. We were a fixture in Winnipeg’s exchange district at 188 Princess Street for over 40 years. May 1979, 130 Plymouth Street, January 1991, 21 Omands Creek Boulevard and in June 2000 we moved to our current facility. Now, as we see DSL expanding yet again, we have moved to the new location at Unit 2, 1090 McDermot Ave as of December 1st, 2013.
