The Taylor Two-Sided Commercial Grill features three individually controlled cooking surfaces and being part of the new L-series of grills these surfaces are even larger than before for more output. With the optional platens, cooking times are less than half that of an ordinary grill while cooking both the top and bottom of food simultaneously.

  • Programmable Control: The microprocessor control is fully programmable, allowing for simplified operation and future menu flexibility. It offers multi-stage settings per product and supports five languages (English, Spanish, French, Russian, and Portuguese). Additional features include a standby alert for energy conservation and four timers specifically for flat grill cooking.
  • External USB Port: Facilitates easy uploading of new menu and promotional items. Menu changes can be sent electronically to other store locations, saving time and eliminating operator error.
  • Automatic Upper Platen: Closes to the preset gap setting with the touch of one button, driven by a quiet, reliable air cylinder system. For safety, the platen automatically opens if power is lost or if an obstruction is detected.
  • Precise Automatic Gapping: Ensures consistent and accurate gaps every time, thanks to a solid platform with a 3-point reference plane and fixed reference point. This feature enhances product safety and quality.
  • Side-To-Side Release Material: Protects the entire upper platen cooking surface and simplifies cleaning. The improved installation and removal process keeps hands away from hot surfaces.
  • Patty Cook Position Placement Guide: The lower cooking surface is etched with a permanent guide for precise patty placement, optimizing two-sided cooking efficiency.
