About DSL
DSL Ltd. — Western Canada’s largest premium food service equipment supplier
DSL exists to create moments of joy, one serving at a time. As the exclusive Canadian factory-authorized sales and service provider for world-class brands like Taylor, Henny Penny, and Franke Coffee Systems, we’ve spent over a century building a reputation for quality, expertise, and after-sales excellence. We’re growing — and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.
About the role
This is a high-impact support role at the heart of our service organization. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Service, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and our Regional Service Management team to keep the service function running at its best — operationally, commercially, and culturally.
You’ll wear a few hats: part administrator, part business development support, part culture connector. If you’re organized, proactive, and genuinely enjoy being the person who gets things done behind the scenes — this role was built for you.
What you’ll do
Service Business Development Support
- Identify and develop new service sales opportunities through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, and email outreach
- Manage the programs inbox — route and qualify incoming leads with speed and accuracy
- Promote and support the sale of service programs including AIO and Preventive Maintenance
- Prepare, review, and coordinate customer program agreements and assist with client onboarding
- Support service-related newsletter and content development
Service Administration & Leadership Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP of Service and Regional Service Management team
- Prepare agendas, coordinate meeting logistics, and distribute supporting materials
- Assist in resolving customer concerns proactively and professionally
Culture & Team Engagement
- Plan and execute team events, year-end celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage and track the annual culture budget
Who you are
- Highly organized — you manage competing priorities without dropping the ball
- A natural communicator — confident on the phone and precise in writing
- Commercially curious — you’re comfortable making outbound calls and talking to customers about service programs
- Proactive and self-directed — you don’t wait to be told what needs doing
- Adaptable — you can shift from detailed administrative work to a customer conversation without missing a beat
- A minimum high school diploma is required; post-secondary education is a strong asset

- Benefits: Dental Care, Vision Care, Health Spending Account
- Time off: 3 weeks paid vacation to start
- RRSP matching: Company-matched RRSP program once eligible
