The cubic full-glass structure gives customers a clear view from the front, while interior mirrored rear doors double the visual impact of the product inside. A separately switchable LED warm light strip puts fried and roasted food in its best light, and each section’s lighting can be controlled individually.
The counter body and superstructure come in black as standard, with silver available on request, so the unit fits a modern deli, grocery hot counter, or convenience store program without looking like back-of-house equipment moved out front.
Heat that protects your product
The Deli Cube merchandiser uses gentle, humidified convection air with thermostatic control. Bottom heat is adjustable by a digital thermostat, and the top heat over each GN section can be set individually with an energy controller. That means crispy items stay crispy on one side of the counter while saucy sides hold moist on the other, in the same unit at the same time.
Easy on staff, easy to clean
The front glass swivels upward on gas pressure lifts and holds in any position, so loading and cleaning are one-person jobs. Every unit ships with a solid core cutting board on the operator side and a rear shelf for serving tools and packaging. Rear sliding glass doors keep heat in and give staff quick access during a rush.
