It features a humidified, gentle convection system and adjustable bottom heat controlled by a digital thermostat. Each GN section’s top heat can be individually adjusted via an energy controller.
The unit is attractively illuminated by a separately switchable LED warm light strip, enhancing the presentation. The rear sliding glass doors are mirrored inside to optimize the display, and it includes a rear shelf and a solid core plastic cutting board for added convenience.
