About the role
This is a revenue-generating role at the center of DSL’s service growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Service, you’ll own the service sales pipeline — identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, and closing recurring service program agreements across DSL’s existing and prospective customer base.
You’ll work closely with Regional Service Managers to support account growth and ensure customers are set up for long-term success through our maintenance and service programs.
This role comes with a base salary plus a performance-based bonus or commission structure — your results will be recognized and rewarded. For the right person, there is also a clear path forward: into a larger service sales role, or into equipment sales as DSL continues to grow.
What you’ll do
Lead generation & opportunity development
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, and email outreach
- Use DSL’s service data and reporting to uncover potential customers and prioritize targets
- Qualify prospects and match them with the right service program for their needs
Service sales & revenue growth
- Promote and sell DSL’s service programs including All-In-One (AIO) and Preventive Maintenance
- Transition existing prepaid PM customers into recurring maintenance agreements
- Present program value clearly — focusing on uptime, cost predictability, and equipment lifecycle
- Be accountable to defined service program revenue and agreement growth targets
Account support & retention
- Serve as a key point of contact for designated service accounts, supporting program retention and renewal
- Ensure program transfers are handled accurately when customers replace equipment
- Support service-related communication including newsletter content
Customer agreements & onboarding
- Facilitate the preparation, review, and execution of customer program agreements
- Confirm accurate scope, asset coverage, and pricing before agreements are finalized
- Guide new customers through onboarding to ensure a seamless, positive start
- Confirm internal handoffs are completed to support successful program delivery
Pipeline & data management
- Maintain and track pipeline activity and customer interactions within O365
- Analyze service history, asset age, and call frequency to proactively identify program opportunities

- Organized and disciplined — you manage a pipeline without things falling through the cracks
- Data-informed — you use numbers to prioritize your time and spot opportunities others miss
- Proactive — you don’t wait for leads to come to you
- Adaptable — prior inside sales experience is an asset, but we’ll back the right person regardless of background
- A minimum high school diploma is required; post-secondary education is a strong asset
