Priority 1 means the machine is down and unable to serve product. In these emergency situations, our response time is within 24 hours in major city centres—and in many cases, we aim to be on-site within 4 hours..

Priority 2 means the machine is producing inconsistent product or is only partially operational. For this type of call, our response time is within 48 hours in major city centres.

Priority 3 means the issue causes only a minor inconvenience or limited impact on your operation. These calls are scheduled for the next time we’re in your area—typically within 2–3 days.

DSL offers a 30-day service guarantee on all equipment repairs. If the unit malfunctions within that time and is deemed to be for the same reason, the return trip service call charges will be on us. All parts—excluding wearable items—have a 90-day warranty as well.
